This app is for runners who train in a group and their workout sessions alternate high and low intensity activity (running and walking) which is known as “Interval Training”.
The app allows a runner to set the workout interval timers and invite other runners to join the session, synchronizing the interval settings via bluetooth connection.
RunInSynch provides feedback to the runner with a sound and / or vibration alert on the device whenever a timer expires and runners need to switch from running to walking.
